Delivery

If you place your order before 2PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holidays.


Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday will be processed & dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed.

Returns

This archive product is not eligible for refund, but you can still get an exchange or a credit note if you purchase doesn't tick all your boxes.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS - Any purchase made from 14th November to 23rd December 2024 will be eligible to return up until the 14th of January 2025.

Using our returns portal, you can arrange a return of any items within 28 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a prepaid label free of charge for exchanges or store credit. If you'd like a refund, there'll be a small return fee. You can read more on our Returns Policy
