EXTENDED RETURNS

If you're worried about unwanted gifts don't sweat, we have extended our returns period and you have until the 31st of January 2026 to return items. Applies to orders placed between 15th November to 22nd December only.

If you place your order before 2PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday will be processed & dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed.

Twisted Tailor is not a major corporation; we are an independent team who design and select the very best formal fashion from around the world. We design all Twisted Tailor garments in house in our London office and showroom and work closely with each brand to curate the best product for our customers. We want to provide the antidote to fast fashion. The notion of buying clothes that are ‘in season’ and then discarded is not sustainable.
