Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and US bank holidays).

Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
What You See Is What You Pay: Because your order ships domestically from within the United States, duties and import tariffs no longer apply. Local state sales tax will be calculated at checkout, exactly as you would expect when shopping from any US-based retailer.
Tracking Your Order: Once your parcel leaves our Texas warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly via your Twisted Tailor account.
Delivery Terms & Conditions

Customer Rejections: If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the cost of returning the goods to our Texas warehouse will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Peak Periods: We always work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, but please allow extra processing time during busy sale periods.

Shared Addresses: When orders are shipped to a shared address (apartment blocks, businesses, universities, halls, etc.), our responsibility ends once the parcel is delivered to the main receipt point (e.g., reception desk, post room, concierge). Once delivered to the building, responsibility shifts to the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to a private residential address where possible.
