    I received the wrong item

    Instead of the ja jet that I ordered I recsthe vest for it and did have an option once I tried to scan the QR code I just got back from vacation wedding where I was intended to wear the jacket and had to op for another jacket at the last minute. Please let me know what you would want me to do going forward about receiving the item I ordered please.
