Returns
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS - Any purchase made from 14th November to 23rd December 2024 will be eligible to return up until the 14th of January 2025.
Using our returns portal, you can arrange a return of any items within 28 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a prepaid label free of charge for exchanges or store credit. If you'd like a refund, there'll be a small return fee. You can read more on our Returns Policy

We design all Twisted Tailor garments in house in our London office and showroom and work closely with each brand to curate the best product for our customers. We want to provide the antidote to fast fashion. The notion of buying clothes that are ‘in season’ and then discarded is not sustainable.
