If you place your order before 2PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday will be processed & dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse, it will be in the safe hands of the worlds most trusted carrier DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment and tracking number and a link to track it. You can also track your order using your Twisted Tailor account or by visiting the DHL website and use the tracking number.
If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.
We will always work hard to get your order processed as soon as possible but please allow extra time for processing and delivery during busy sale periods.
Please note that when orders are shipped to a shared address (apartment blocks, businesses, universities, halls etc.) we are only responsible for delivery to the building at the first point of receipt (I.e. reception desk, post room, concierge etc.). Once the parcel has arrived in the building our duties are complete and the responsibility is then shifted to the customer to locate the parcel, as per our delivery partners terms we are unable to claim for lost items that have been successfully delivered to the listed address. Please consider this before placing an order, we would always recommend ordering to a private address where possible.
