Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse, it will be in the safe hands of UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment and tracking number. You can track your order using your Twisted Tailor account or by using your tracking number on the UPS website.


Please be aware that as of 01/01/2021 the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. Therefore all orders placed from outside of the UK may be subject to Import Tax Charges/Customs Duties. We have tried to make the process as clear and easy as possible, so in the table above you will see whether the duties and customs charges are covered by us, depending on the delivery location.


We are not liable for any extra costs applied to orders outside of the EU inclusive list above.

 

If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse (including any customs duties and taxes) will be deducted from the refund.


We will always work hard to get your order processed as soon as possible but please allow extra time for processing and delivery during busy sale periods. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible.


Please note that when orders are shipped to a shared address (apartment blocks, businesses, universities, halls etc.) we are only responsible for delivery to the building at the first point of receipt (I.e. reception desk, post room, concierge etc.). Once the parcel has arrived in the building our duties are complete and the responsibility is then shifted to the customer to locate the parcel, as per our delivery partners terms we are unable to claim for lost items that have been successfully delivered to the listed address. Please consider this before placing an order, we would always recommend ordering to a private address where possible.
